Cancellation Policy

  • More than 60 days before check-in: Full refund (100% free cancellation)
  • 60 days or fewer before check-in: No refund
  • No-show or early departure: No refund

All cancellations must be made in writing by email. Refunds are processed within 14 business days. We recommend travel insurance for winter sports trips.
